Cancellation
For individual room reservations, cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours prior. These can be done by phone and you will receive a cancellation number.
For groups of three rooms or more cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the case of non arrival the first night rate will be charged.
Arrivals and departures
Check in
The earliest guaranteed check in time is 15.00hrs. An earlier check in can be arranged on request.
The latest check in time is 22.00hrs.
Check out
The usual check out time is 10.30hrs. Later check out can be arranged on request.
Food and Drink in rooms
The Manor operates a fully licensed bar and restaurant and residents are welcome to use this facility. Under no circumstances may food and drink not purchased from the Manor be consumed on the premises. Guests not respecting this policy will be asked to leave with no refund given.
Security
When the Manor closes there is no means of entering the grounds after 11.00pm for security reasons. Guests wishing to come back later should make arrangements at reception.
