Our very special four poster bedroom at the front of the hotel is included with a bottle of Champagne and full English breakfast.

Availability
Please note that on Fridays between April and September and Saturdays all year, only the inclusive package is available. Evening only receptions will be considered if it is out of season or at short notice.
Numbers
The maximum number of guests for the Manor Hall for a wedding breakfast is 100.
The maximum number of guests for an evening reception with buffet is 100.
It is possible to increase numbers on purchase of exclusive use.
Larger numbers
The Manor also has guest rooms and the Beech Tree restaurant which incorporates the garden room and bar. There is an option to have the Manor exclusively for your own party. Exclusive use means that no one other than your own guests will have use of the facilities. The cost includes all the bedrooms and Manor stables for the night, with breakfast the Garden room and bar and the Beech room. By taking this option it is possible to welcome up to 135 guests in the evening. The price for this facility is from £1100.00 to £1,900 dependent upon time of year. Please ask for details.
Bedroom accommodation
Demand for our rooms during the summer months is very high and preference is given to customers wishing to stay more than one night especially at the week end.
It is our policy not to sell any more than 50% of our rooms for one night only on a Saturday with the exception of exclusive use purchase.
The four poster bridal room is the only bedroom
in the main house. It features the original beams and a victorian style bath ensuite.
Incidentals
Please note that confetti of any description is not permitted, either inside or in the Manor grounds. Flower petals are acceptable. If in doubt please ask us.
Table plans
We have tables that seat from six to twelve guests. Minimum number per table is 6. The top table is usually between eight and twelve.
Example – 50 guests with a top table of 10 leaves five tables of eight.
Tailor made days
We will be delighted to build a tailor made day for you if our package does not quite meet your needs. Alternatively for off peak periods we will be happy to quote for evening receptions only.

For 2009 weddings booking between May and October choose one of these special enhancements absolutely free.
- Our resident Pianist will play for the ceremony and during the wedding breakfast.

Exclusive Use
The Manor is available for exclusive hire. This means that only the guests of the bride and groom will have access to the Manor and its facilities.
Exclusive use is the option that will enable all the bedrooms to be reserved for your own guests. You will be able to accommodate up to 38 of your guests overnight with breakfast.
It also allows the opportunity of have a larger number of evening guests up to 140. This is because the garden room, which would normally be the restaurant and bar area for residents, will be available for the buffet.
The price for exclusive use will vary according to time of year. It is important to remember that the Manor has a very high demand for two night visitors in the summer months. It also has a successful restaurant which is open every day except Sunday. Buying exclusive use, especially in the summer means that this business will be turned away.
Exclusive use prices are from £1,100 – low season to £1,900 high season. (2009 only) We will be happy to quote you on request.
The exclusive use contract is different to the wedding contract. As we have a good chance of re selling rooms at fairly short notice you will probably get some refund if you cancel. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing.
